ABOUT US

At POA, we dare to dream beyond the horizon, not content with mere ripples in the vast ocean of the aquaculture seascape but aiming to summon a tidal wave of change.

OUR STORY

Founded by Mark van Leeuwen and Philip Schreven in The Netherlands, Pan Ocean Aquaculture B.V., strives to fundamentally change the aquaculture industry providing solutions to farm the healthiest most nourishing fish to feed this planet’s growing population.

With deep respect for the planet and its oceans, POA is committed to taking care of the ecosystem of fish, oceans and people by implementing innovations that result in a step change in sustainability for all stakeholders.

Aurelia Jellyfish

"We must plant the sea and herd its animals, using the sea as farmers instead of hunters. That is what civilization is all about."
